Qualified and Dedicated Staff
The great strength of our school is our teachers and low attrition rate of the staff . The School is also committed to staff development through a wide range of on-going in-service programmes and workshops, which cover not only academics and pedagogy but also areas such as psychological counseling, personality development and career counseling.
Activity Based Learning
To break the monotony of rote learning, the school has introduced interactive learning through fun, worksheets, hands on projects, etc. We encourage a child’s creative ideas in all our projects and activities. Open Day is held to display the innovative ideas and skills of the student.
Outdoor and Indoor Activities
Life’s greatest lessons are learnt on the games field and sports create an equal opportunity to be different. The campus is well equipped with basketball, throw ball, football and shuttle court and vast grounds for organized sports. A well equipped and safe play area is provided for Kindergarten Children. Importance is also given to indoor games.
Technology & Communication
Every classroom is equipped with a smart board to enrich the quality of education imparted to students. A well equipped computer lab with the state of art technology giving the students a hands on approach to E-learning. The activities held at the campus is always updated on the social network site of the school and in the website.
Secure Environment
Utmost priority is given to the safety of the students. Classrooms are equipped with CCTV cameras, and all classroom equipment are designed ergonomically. We have a zero tolerance towards corporal punishment in the school. A fleet of buses ply throughout Mysuru city keeping in mind safety and security of children.
Parent Involvement
St. Joseph’s aims at making Parent Involvement a top priority. Regular Parent Teacher Meetings held to share and discuss about the progress of their wards. Parents are involved in various competitions as Judges. We believe in molding the child’s future along with the parent’s involvement.
